I have a new CB radio in my car and I live in Houston. I travel to 610 and 59 and 288 in the document. I wonder if there any special channels used in the present.

People use CB? Really? Again?
I had one in 1979. It seemed a little ridiculous with the huge antenna on the trunk of my '69 Mercury Marquis. He broke in the Galleria parking garage and replaced them once is enough. It was the old antenna wave again when the transfer was 4 watts maximum.
Channel 9 was for emergencies
Channel 19 Channel 10, replacing the road (truck) channel.
When you hear talk too, is probably 19th I'm sure (some people, especially truck) drivers who are still using.
