Lightscribe Blank Media I Have Burned A Dvd In XP And It Registers As A Blank/full Disc In Vista..wtf?

I have burned a dvd in XP and it registers as a blank/full disc in Vista..wtf? - lightscribe blank media

That is all besides the fact that I have a LightScribe DVD drive from HP and have the media was a DVD + R is a data CD, I have things I would want to test Vista (Application Installer ). Someone knows the solution?
