Most cookware made of cast aluminum non-stick coating. Aluminum it is also for the fast heat conduction. When the cooking surface is made of aluminum, it SEAR (and bar) than stainless steel. And no, the aluminum does not dissolve in their diet in a healthy manner. It is absolutely secure.

All utensils, except copper and aluminum is poured.

Stainless steel is a poor conductor of heat is increased aluminum in the center of the stainless steel. (Otherwise, the water can boil an hour, take it!)

It appears that you decide on a new series. If you want to, Teflon, hard anodized mast is certainly not the right way. If you want to gourmet cooking, you can buy steel. Whatever path you think it is more difficult. The more severe the PAN, the aluminum-gone, and the best and fastest heat.

None. Molten aluminum does not heat up quickly and evenly, it loses its luster after washing a little, it is difficult to clean and has a greater tendency to stay for dinner.

Stainless steel is healthier, filtered aluminum in foods and not good for you

Concts aluminum heat is flowing fast and usually a little thicker so cheap SS heat for even distribution. Stailess remain bright and can be more abrasive, if necessary, must be used. Not all cookware is Al last message is likely to stand in the kitchen, laminate in context. Some are aluminum wire on the ground and some, like my KitchenAid women with Al-SS SS covered. The soil thickness and warmth, even prevent "hot spots".
